Grid managed remediation logistics and transportation and disposal activities for the foundation contracting and engineering company at the project, which will be a residential and commercial tower.  Approximately 25,000 tons of petroleum impacted soils, rock and anthropogenic fill materials requiring disposal or beneficial reuse were managed by Grid in accordance with NY and NJ regulations and the remedial action plans for the site. Grid’s services on this project included soil characterization, permit review, on-site logistics management, transportation, and disposal of multiple waste streams.
